
'Red White & Blue 4th of July Cupcakes by Yummy Tastebuds Subscribe to our channel - http://bit.ly/2edx2u0 Ingredients: • 1 box of yellow or white cake mix • 2 containers of buttercream frosting • Food coloring (Red and Blue) • 1 cup of water • ½ cup of oil • 3 eggs • Cupcake liners • Decorating bags • Sprinkles of your choice (optional) Preparation: 1. Preheat to 350 degrees F 2. In a bowl, mix together eggs, oil, water and cake mix. 3. Divide the cake batter into 3 equal amounts in 3 bowels. 4. Add 3 drops of red food coloring to one of the cake batter portions. Add 3 drops of blue food coloring to another cake batter portion. Mix well. 5. Fill decorating bags with each color to fill cupcake liners easily (You can use a spoon also). 6. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 of the way up by alternating colors to create a marble effect. 7. Bake cupcakes for about 15 minutes. 8. Let cupcakes cool for about 10-15 minutes before frosting. 9. Divide the frosting into 2 equal amounts in 2 bowels. 10. Add 3 drops of red food coloring to one of the frosting portions. Add 3 drops of blue food coloring to another frosting portion. Mix well. 11. Fill decorating bags with each color frosting. 12. Pipe frosting onto cupcakes and then add sprinkles 13. Recipe makes 24 cupcakes 14. Serve. 15. Yummy…'
