'My son loves to eat these over rice. I usually prepare about 25 pounds worth chicken thighs at a time, then I would freeze them 2 chicken thighs per bag and thaw them as needed. I chose chicken thighs because they end up being the most moist and tastiest parts of the chicken when baking them. The skin gets really crispy and very addictive.'See also:
