Cooking Guide: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdo4Xv07FDAQG27z6NRdQ3yaCAgO2MBrE *Meal Prep for 1 or 2 Chicken Thighs & Grean Beans* Chicken Cooked in Air Fryer 4 Frozen Chicken Thighs 2 Cans Grean Beans 2 Tablespoons Avocado oil 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder 2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika 2 Teaspoons Paprika - sweet or regular 1 &1/2 Teaspoons Oregano dried Salt & Pepper to taste 3 Tablespoons Butter to top Green Beans when serving or store the meals Add all spices and oil with chicken into a gallon size zip lock bag, seal and shake well to evenly coat chicken. Place chicken in air fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 385°F 20 minutes, pause fryer, turn chicken over and restart air fryer for 15 minutes longer. Cook until internal temp is 165°F. May need to adjust cooking time depending on how thick the chicken thighs are which could require a few less or extra minutes to cook. Remove chicken from air fryer and divide into 3 portions add to serving or storage containers with grean beans topped with a tablespoon butter, salt & pepper to taste.
