Be sure and brush a light coating of olive oil before placing on grill pan. Grill only until grill marks appear, about 2 minutes. Turn fruit over and grill second side. You may want to use a pancake turner to flip over the banana as it tends to get very soft and break apart. Once done, place the fruit on a plate to cool slightly. Toast the walnuts by placing them in a dry pan over medium low heat. Turn them frequently to make sure they don\'t burn. This should only take 5 to 10 minutes to brown. Set aside to cool. To assemble the parfaits. Place a few blueberries in the bottom of your glass and just layer the fruit and yogurt as you go. I did blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, yogurt, walnuts, banana, raspberries, strawberries, yogurt, pineapple, walnuts, strawberries, and blueberries in that order. Any order with the ingredients is fine. Do what sounds good to you. Post a picture of your parfait on my facebook page with the hashtage #RockinRobinsParfait Thanks for watching and sharing!
