I used 1 pound of ground beef per burger, and used 7\" buns. I used the smoke onion mayo that I made for my sandwich entry into Ballictic BBQ\'s 2013 Video grilling contest (Awesome stuff) I used a delicious habanero cheese to melt on top of the burgers, and then crispy bacon, and the fried onions that I prepared, as well as a fantastic jalapeño sauce, that PitmasterX made, and sent to me from the Netherlands! Awesome awesome stuff! I also placed a few pickled jalapeñs on my burger as well. A spicy Firecracker Burger, that will leave you smiling and very full!'
