Ingredients: 1 box Funfetti white cake mix 1 container white frosting 1 bag of white chocolate chips (or candy melts) 2-3 tablespoons of butter red and white icing gel pens sprinkles lollipop sticks Instructions: 1. Prepare cake mix to package directions 2. Once cake is cooled, put in mixing bowl 3. Add frosting and mix until pliable, then roll into large ball 4. Roll cake into small 1 inch cake balls 5. Melt chocolate and butter together, heating for 30 seconds at a time 6. Dip each lollipop stick into melted chocolate, then place cake ball on top 7. Once they have dried, dip the entire cake ball in the melted chocolate until covered 8. Place in Styrofoam holder to keep upright 9. Once dried, decorate with stars and stripes'
