For reference, this is a chinese store.  @1:15 watch how the female BBQ meat server (with green tipped hat) washes her hands, dries her hands with disposable paper towel, then cleans her face and neck with the same paper towel before serving another customer. @3:48 watch how the man with red hat touches his face before serving food.
