'Thum Khao Poon is a simple (yet classic) Lao dish. A mouth watering Spicy Vermicelli Noodle Salad, that will have you craving for more. MSG (optional) 6 Cherry Tomatoes or Roma Tomatoes (sliced) 1/2 tablespoon padek (optional) 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 Lime (Adjust to taste)'
