'Veg seekh kebab Banane Ki Vidhi. Ingredients 1. Oil 2 tbsp 2. Boiled beans 1/4 cup 3. Shredded carrot 3 tbsp 4. Boiled corn 3 tbsp 5. Boiled mashed potatoes 1 cup 6. Capcium finely chopped 3 tbsp 7. Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup 8. Fresh mint leaves 1/4 cup 9. Boiled soyabean crush 1 cup 10. Onion, finely chopped 1 medium 11. Sugar to taste 12. Ginger paste 1 tsp 13. Garlic paste 1 tsp 14. Green chilli paste 1 tsp 15. Garam masala 1 tsp 16. Lemon juice 1 tbsp 17. Amchur powder 1 tsp 18. Black pepper powder 1 tsp 19. Salt to taste Method Firstly, in a pan heat oil and saute onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. saute well and add dry Masalas. Now add boiled squeeze soyabean crush. Then add mix vegetables keep mashed potatoe aside and saute it. Once the mixture is cooked transfer into mixing bowl.also add in boiled potato, coriander, mint leaves, salt and lemon juice. Further add bread crumbs and mix well. Make a ball and insert into skewer and give a shape.greased the kebab with oil and roast it on gas flam rotate in between making sure all sides are roasted evenly. Serve veg seek kebab along with green chatpati mint chutney.
