'How to Make Cassava Chips Feat Food Busker'

They are an amazing alternative to the classic chip and are deliciously moreish. Enjoy them with my homemade cheesy chilli sauce. This really is a must try!   Don\'t forget to SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/user/CevicheUK/  Recipe for Cassava chips: Peel one cassava and chop into wedges. Boil the wedges in salted water until half cooked, then put into a colander to drain and cool. Once cooled, deep fry in hot vegetable oil until golden and place on the kitchen paper to drain.  Recipe for Huancaina Sauce:  Heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan over medium and sauté 1 chopped small white onion and 1 garlic clove until translucent. Transfer to a food processor or blender, add 4 tablespoons Amarillo Chilli Paste (or whichever chilli sauce you like), 100ml vegetable oil, 50g feta cheese and 350ml evaporated milk and blitz until smooth. Add 50g crushed cream crackers and blitz again. Add more oil, salt, crackers, or even a squeeze of lime if needed to ensure you have the right balance of flavours and creaminess.
