'[Recipes coming soon] I know the anime/manga says to add the onions into the sauce but I didn\'t like the result when I tested the recipe. It seems a shame to get a nice, golden caramelization on the onions then throw it into the sauce and have it come out looking dark like onion jam. So I kept the onions and sauce separate.'
