'For this first episode we sat down with John Quilter a renowned chef, prolific Youtuber and successful entrepreneur known as the Food Busker. John used to own a restaurant in Manchester but it went bust. So he left, moved to London and started cooking his food on the streets. Instead of putting a price on the food he asked people to pay him what THEY thought it was worth and he called it FOOD BUSKING. His channel has grown to over 200K subscribers and 20 million views and he has worked with the likes of Jamie Oliver. He also co founded Cru Kafe, a pioneer in the coffee startup world. John\'s story is fascinating and filled with crunchy anecdotes (from being spotted by Jamie Oliver to cooking for Kanye West) but also very authentic as he talks to us about childhood dreams, failures and having the courage to start from scratch after 35.
