A perfect BBQ dish to serve up at your next party. Get your apron and tongs ready, it\'s time to grill! Asian Beef Skewers Recipe: (makes about 10) 1 lb. Steak (I used NY Strip) 1/2 Sweet Onion 4 Cloves of Garlic 1/2 tsp of Kosher Salt (optional or lessen - I like it salty) 1/2 tsp of Coarse Black Pepper 1/2 tsp of Sugar 1/2 tsp of Chinese Five Spice (lessen if too strong) 3 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce (I did heaping spoonfuls & used Panda brand) 1 tsp of Soy Sauce Diced Green Onions & Cilantro for garnish (optional) Bamboo Skewers QUICK TIPS: 1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 5 minutes to avoid burning on the grill. 2. You can skip the Chinese Five Spice if you\'re not a fan, delicious without. 3.
