'All these delicious recipes can be found on Divas can cook website: http://divascancook.com/category/recipes/main-dish/  Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/divascancook  I did alter some ingredients to fit my healthy needs   BAKED SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN: ¾ cup granulated sugar (I USED TRUVIA  INSTEAD)  ⅓ cup ketchup or chili sauce ½ cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder CHICKEN 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-size cubes salt & pepper sesame seeds  Salmon W/ Mango Salsa  INEAPPLE MANGO SALSA (prepare salsa a day ahead if possible) 1 pineapple, diced 1 mango, diced ½ red onion, diced 1 jalapeno, diced handful fresh cilantro, chopped 1 lime salt --------------------- BAKED CHILI SALMON 3-4 salmon fillets ½ lemon salt ½ Tablespoon chili powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon brown sugar ¼ teaspoon black pepper Butter (Used i cant believe its not butter) ½ lemon salt --------------------- Snapchat @Dyamondmyne FB @Dyamondmyne IG @Dyamondmyne'
