'Welcome to Bath and North East Somerset Council COVID compliance, food hygiene and food allergy bite size training.    COVID has had a huge impact on food businesses, the Public Protection team would like to help businesses by providing this free bite size training to assist with the safe re-opening of existing businesses and new businesses.   The topics covered in this training will help your business comply with COVID procedures, food safety and hygiene practices and food allergy information.    It will take approximately 30 minutes to cover all of the topics.  Throughout the presentation you will be able to watch informative videos from the Food Standards Agency.  At the end of the training there is a resource page if you require any further information or advice.'
