Wildcrafting is a great way to find plant based vegan food for free! The wild plants you can collect in spring and summer are great for a healthy vegan diet, since they are full of vitamins and many other nutrients. DISCLAIMER: For each plant I mention, you can find a link below, leading you to a website with identication details. Please note: Internet information, does NOT replace taking a foraging class in real life. Many plants have poisonous lookalikes, so it\'s very important learning identification in real life from a real life expert like a biologist or a forager with many years of experience. If you want to go foraging / wildcrafting, first take a foraging class! This video is meant as inspiration, I do NOT encourage foraging without taking a class! LIKE THIS VIDEO? I APPRECIATE YOUR THUMBS UP! THANK YOU!!!
