'This is one of many ways to make alcapurrias (Puerto Rican fritter ) . I used to spend hours grading the starches with a box grader. Now I use kitchen aid food processor which cuts the time in half and comes out just as good! Make sure to refrigerate your masa (dough) until cool which will be easier to work with. If your having trouble handling the dough, put back into the refrigerator until it gets colder. I don\'t have measurements as I just eye ball everything to taste; add little seasoning and built on top of it to ur preference of flavor . Enjoy everyone, now you can make these at home!'
