'For more videos, please check: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4JmgYzOHuYl17ZI4FeqvPq8p6QCzkORP 1st try using the KitchenAid Cook Processor making Macaroni and Cheers Preparation: 10\' Cooking: 40’ Total time: 50’ Accessories: Multi Blade and Stir assist Ingredients: 300 gm macaroni, 2 garlic cloves (peeled), 150 gm lardons, 500 ml milk, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp plain flour, 20 gm unsalted butter, 150 gm cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese (to taste), Sprigs of thyme STEP 1 Place the macaroni into the cooking bowl, filled with boiling water, fitted with the ‘StirAssist’ and set the temperature to 100C for 5 minutes. Press start to activate. Drain the pasta and rinse in cold water, set aside. Replace the ‘StirAssisit’ with the ‘Multiblade’ knife and add the garlic. Close the lid. Press pulse for 10 seconds. Replace the ‘Multiblade’ knife with the ‘StirAssist’ mixer and add the lardons. Close the lid. Select STEW P5 and press start to activate Step 1. STEP 2 After Step 1 add the remaining ingredients and close the lid. Increase the cooking time to 45 minutes and press start to activate Step 2. STEP 3 After Step 3 press cancel to exit the keep warm mode and add the cooked pasta to the cooking bowl and press quick stir for 10 seconds to incorporate into the sauce. Serve hot.
