
'first in a wild edible series for the U.K. of what i know to be quick and easy foods to recognize out on walks in the country side. Here i talk about wild garlic, or Ramsons as they are also known, as they are one of the easiest plant to recognize, due to their unmistakeable garlicky smell. found between late march to June/July. just be on the look out for confusing it early on with Lilly of the valley it looks very similar but doesn\'t have that garlic odor. but as always with wild foods, if you are not 100% sure, leave it alone.'
