'Onion Soup with Mustard Recipe - 1st try using the KitchenAid Cook Processor Preparation: 8’ Cooking: 35’ Total time: 43’ Accessories: Multi blade and stir assist Ingredients: 3 small onions (peeled and cut into 4), 600ml of vegetable stock or 600ml of water and 2 cubes of vegetable stock, fresh herbs and 2tsp of strong mustard. STEP 1 Insert the ‘MultiBlade’ knife into the bowl. Add the onion. Close the lid. Press Pulse for 5 seconds. Open and scrape down. Replace the ‘MultiBlade’ knife with the ‘StirAssist’ mixer. Add the butter to the onion. Remove the measuring cup and close the lid. Select BOIL P2 and press Start. Step 1 shows on the display. Press Start to confirm. STEP 2 After Step 1: add the stock cubes and water or vegetable stock, fresh herb and mustard. Close the lid but take out the measuring cup. Press Start to activate Step 2. Remove the chunky herbs and serve hot.
