To start the new season, here\'s a recipe idea na puwede niyong gamitin for your food business! U.S. Pork Carnitas INGREDIENTS: For the carnitas 1 kilo U.S. pork shoulder, cut into chunks 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon onion powder Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup chicken broth Cilantro Assembly: Taco Shells 2 pcs Tomato, Cubed and seeded Lettuce leaves, shredded Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Bottled Salsa Procedure: 1. Cut the pork shoulder into large 4-inch chunks. Place in the pressure cooker and brown all sides of U.S. Pork Shoulder (Browning the meat before stewing adds more flavor) 2. Add the lemon juice, salt, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, onion powder, pepper and 1 cup of broth. Mix thoroughly to coat the meat with all the seasonings. 3. Lock the lid and set the steam release vent to the \"sealing\" position. Set the timer on high pressure for 40 minutes. 4. When the 40 minutes are up, let the pressure naturally release for 15 minutes. Then manually release the remaining pressure by moving the steam release vent to the \"venting\" position. 5. Open the lid and shred the meat with two forks. Mix in freshly chopped cilantro. 6. Assemble inside taco shells with the tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and salsa Happy cooking mga ka-cheffies!
