'Recreating a Disney Food Blog (DFB) Food Hack at home | Mickey Shaped Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich'

'#MickeyShapedFood #DFBfoodhack #DIYDisneySnacks  If you follow AJ at Disney Food Blog (DFB), then you have probably heard of her love of peanut butter sauce. You\'ve probably also heard her talk about a Disney Snack Food Hack at Magic Kingdom.   She gets two ginormous Mickey shaped chocolate chip cookies (chocolate dipped ears) from Main Street Confectionary. Then, she gets a scoop of ice cream (your choice) from The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor along with a cup of Peanut Butter Sauce. Make an ice cream sandwich from the two cookies and ice cream then drizzle peanut butter sauce on top. Amazing!  Well, I decided that I\'d try this at home where I have unlimited time and AC. This is what inspired me to make these at home. https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2017/06/10/disney-world-food-hack-the-mickey-ear-cookie-ice-cream-sandwich/  My process was pretty simple but it did take all day. - make Mickey shaped cookies with ears dipped in chocolate - make ice cream sandwiches from these cookies - slather in peanut butter sauce  I started with a roll out chocolate chip cookie recipe like this: https://www.semisweetdesigns.com/blog/chocolate-chip-cookie-roll-out-recipe  Then, I used this recipe for the peanut butter sauce: https://www.thespruceeats.com/peanut-butter-sauce-3056276?utm_source=pinterest&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=shareurlbuttons  These were DELICIOUS!!!! It\'s so dangerous to make these goodies at home because of the leftovers...but, they are so worth it!
