'For more videos, please check: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4JmgYzOHuYl17ZI4FeqvPq8p6QCzkORP  1st try using the KitchenAid Cook Processor making Coq au Vin   Preparation: 8\'  Cooking: 45’  Total time: 53’ Accessories: Multi Blade and Stir assist   Ingredients:  4 large shallots (peeled, cut into 4), 3 chicken legs (thigh separated from drumstick), pepper, salt, flour, 300 ml red wine, 150 gm smoked bacon (cut into cubes), 125 g mushrooms (cut into 2), 100 gm silverskin onions (fresh or frozen), 2 cubes or 2 tbsp chicken stock, 2 carrots(peeled, cut into 0.5 cm slices), 1 tbsp tomato paste and 1 bouquet garni  STEP 1 Insert the \'MultiBlade\' into the bowl. Add the shallots. Close the lid and press Pulse for 5 seconds. Open and scrape down.  STEP 2  Replace the \'MultiBlade\' with the \'StirAssist\'. Season the chicken with pepper and salt and coat it with flour. Put the chicken in the bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Close the lid. Select STEW P2 and press Start to confirm. Remove the bouquet garni and serve hot.  Delicious with a green salad and sautéed new baby potatoes.
