Accessories: Dough Blade For the toppings, you can use your favorite ingredients. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Recipe: Pizza Dough (2 thick base or 4 thin base or 1 thick and 2 thin pizzas) Machine used: #KitchenAid Cook Processor Ingredients: Water - 200ml Olive oil - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Bread Flour - 375gm/2.5 cups Tandaco yeast - 1.75 teaspoons Directions: 1. Put above ingredients in the same order into the #KitchenAid Cook Processor 2. Go through dough setting 2. Prepare your favorite ingredients for the toppings 3. Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees Celcius 4. Place pizza stone in oven (if you using one - optional) 5. Remove dough from KACP and punch dough to remove air 6. Divide into portions (In this video we making 1 thick base and 2 thin base pizzas) 7.Roll dough to required/preferred thickness 8. Place dough on sheet of baking paper (optional - to reduce mess) 9. Place toppings (thick base, perforate dough prior to toppings) 10. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees Celcius (12-15 minutes or until golden on top) There you have it ....
