'The sound on the video drops out a few times, I don’t know why, sorry. I’ve re-uploaded and it was fine, but has gone back to how it was again. Sorry Today we take a walk, and discover some of the lovely wild foods that we forage emerging in our Spring UK woodlands. PLEASE only forage if you know what you are picking - never eat something you are unsure of, and please know of your own allergies etc first!!! Forage responsibly, only taking small amounts from any one area. Cleavers - this needs to be cooked before eating, as the small hairs are irritants. For more information on wild food and foraging in the UK - Check out \'Wild Food UK\' https://www.wildfooduk.com/ Rose Bay Willow herb - When dried, it is a great tinder for starting fires, and apparently the plant has traditionally being used as a remedy for diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract infections Videos mentioned: Wild garlic in our garden: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHoMoQNSDi4 Music: All via the Youtube music libary'
