'Red Clover (Trifolium Pratense) is a wild edible that is a nutritional powerhouse! It contains many vitamins and nutrients, including protein! (The leaves and flowers have a mild sweetness to them, and they taste similar to a freshly picked green bean.) In this episode, I demonstrate how to: properly identify, harvest, and eat this wonderful plant.
