Filmed on the Saturday of the Galway Food Festvial 2014, #FoodVoices is a short video narrated by local producers, retailers, critics and all round food lovers. We purposefully did not film the interviews, to allow for a more casual approach which we feel resulted in some really interesting insights from our contributors.
