'The \"Flying Saucer\" is on the menus of several of the little taco joints out here in San Diego. It\'s basically a large tostada on a flour tortilla, instead of corn. There are really no rules when it comes to toppings. Mine is topped with refried beans, grilled steak, lettuce, cheese, tomato, hot sauce and crema.
