
'Menthya (menthe) or methi seeds dosa recipe explained in this video with Kannada narration and English subtitles. Menthe dose or Vendhaya dosa is prepared using very minimum ingredients or I would say just 2 ingredients. This menthya or fenugreek seeds dosa is prepared using idli rice and methi seeds. You can replace idli rice with dosa rice, however dosa comes out better with idli rice.
