'I wandered into a taco place adjacent to the Encore and Wynn Hotels on the way back from the convention center. This place has outstanding tacos - \"...the best in Las Vegas\" according to a random livery driver in this fine town...He should know...it\'s open to 3AM and it\'s called funnily enough - Tacos El Gordo. Coincidentally - they say the record for most taco eating in 1 sitting is 10....Bahhhhhhhh....I got this one...just not now....I need to train and get myself in top condition. See this and a second video I shot with my iPhone to get a sense of what\'s what here in Sin City....I need my sons Louis, William and Jacob to help me produce this next challenge and video...'
