'There are many benefits of cooking with steam. Using steam to cook food is less damaging to the food product being cooked than other cooking methods. This is because the food is cooked at a lower temperature. In the ET Series Steamers, steam comes in direct contact with the food product. This is a very clean and efficient way to cook. As the steam comes in contact to cook the food, it condenses to water, which runs out through the drain.
