'It has been wonderful Fungi Season in Forest of Dean this year. Today we went mushroom hunting and found a lot of wonderful edibles, some of which will be part of our diet in winter time. Frank loved chopping them for drying and freezing. It is not every year that forest offers such wonderful conditions where wild edible mushrooms would thrive. This year though, we were lucky to get perfect conditions where mushrooms grew plentifully. We love mushroom foraging in forest. Such relaxing hobby to look for a wild food in UK forest.'
