It seems that the local deer really get a taste for the corn leaves & stalks right at the time the corn tassles out.. Listen to the expertise of Curtis, from Heartland Deer Management, as he calms me just a bit saying that all is not lost... just yet.. Evidently the corn will keep growing, as long as its been germinated and a cob has started... So, some of these plants that are eaten down in half could still produce cobs.. Stay tuned to see how this progresses.'
