This is the only location in BC. The menu at Max’s Restaurant is large. Lots of popular Filipino dishes. What Max’s is known for is their Famous Fried Chicken. The fried chicken is very different from KFC and Church’s because it’s not breaded but has crispy skin. We Ordered Max\'s Fried Chicken (Whole) $20.99 Sisig Lechon Pork $17.99 Noodle Dish Pancit Bihon $13.99 Pork, shrimp, veggies with noodles. Max’s Restaurant Halo-Halo $8.99 Shaved Ice dessert with beans, milk, Ube (purple yam) ice cream, sweet banana, cheese, and rice flakes. PRICE: $$ Seems Expensive. Some dishes are Overpriced! QUALITY: Very good Halo-Halo . Good. The pancit was the freshest dish. Steaming hot. Not so good. The sisig was dry and tough. Not so good. The fried chicken was dry. Only 4 pieces, is that a whole chicken? Overpriced! SERVICE: Ok. Provided Water refills. VERDICT: Max’s Restaurant is popular and offers a variety of dishes but the prices and quality of some dishes at this location will make you feel disappointed. CASH, CARD.
