The overall purpose of diet guidance is to promote the pattern of eating that means nutrients needed and reduces the risk of nutrition we related acute disease such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases. So these are the main four acute diseases that the food guide tries to eliminate. So it is necessary to study the signs of these diseases to cure them. A professor from Waterloo University, named Hammond, said that this food guide is more inclusive and extends to growing numbers of Canadians and Vegetarians. So there is another hint that this food guide promotes a more planned-based diet. This food guide is thorough. It contains four food groups: vegetables and fruits, grains, and milk and meat groups. Half of the plate is full of fruits and vegetables, which means we are promoted to eat more fruits and vegetables. There are no fruit juices or cane juices. Rather, it includes fresh fruits. Quantity is not fixed, but your diet should contain a good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables. The second group is whole grains food, consisting of white rice, brown rice, pasta, whole wheat, etc. It doesn’t include processed whole grains like white bread, white pasta as all these don’t provide enough nutrients to our body to survive.  Protein food is another group that consists of meat, fish, seeds, beans, nuts, yogurt, etc. Milk is not present in this category. A Hardware nutrition expert said that we have no national requirement for milk. It is acceptable because, contrary to milk, yogurt is fermented and consists of probiotics that help you retain against bacteria. Surely many dairy industries are not happy about this, but these guidelines seem to aim well-being of humans and also of our planet by reducing mass consumption. I’m not against meat, but utilizing it planned and eating the meat of conventionally growled animals will be more beneficial.  Another good thing about it is to make water a drink of choice. Many people drink soda, Pepsi, and alcohol, while children drink fruit juices and a lot of milk and accumulate tons of unnecessary sugar in the body. Our body needs water for the proper functioning of all systems, so we are encouraged to get more hydrated. Schools should catch this trend, make children aware of it, and give them fruit juices at sports events and other activities.  Another good thing about it is that it emphasizes reducing the consumption of processed food as it has become a trend in the modern era, and people prefer to order food delivered to them by food hubs. As we all are too busy, we should understand that it doesn’t provide us many nutrients essential for healthy growth. We hope that we can tackle it if we determine. A variety of healthy food is required for the diversity of gut bacteria. Other recommendations are that we should sit while eating, don’t rush, use a cell phone, and try to enjoy the taste of the food we have. You can enjoy food by sharing it with others.
