The meat is more tender. In Vietnam, it\'s hard to get wild freshwater moray eel. Most of freshwater moray eels in Vietnam are farmed. For Vietnamese street food, they usually cook the whole moray eel or  cut it into pieces. Grilled moray eel and moral eel soups are two popular Vietnam street food from this creature.
