'Kathy Nash, PFC board President, welcomes PFC Owners, goes over the agenda, and lays out where PFC is in our development.  Prairie Food Co-op will be a bright, beautiful community-owned grocery store featuring local, sustainably farmed, organic produce, meat and dairy products, as well as all of the other staples you\'d expect from a grocery store -- dry goods, bulk foods, and frozen foods.
