Lastly add formula milk/ breast milk to adjust consistency. RECIPE #2 – Oats Apple Porridge *************************************** Ingredients: 1 tsp oats powder, 1/3 apple Apple cut into small pieces. Cook 1 tsp oats powder in ghee then add apple and water. Cover and cook for 7-10 mins. Make a puree and serve. RECIPE #3 – Daliya ************************************************* Ingredients: 1 tsp roasted daliya, 1dates In 1 cup water add fine chopped dates and cook for 2 mins, then add daliya and cook. Add milk in last to adjust consistency. RECIPE #4 – Suji Kheer *************************************** Ingredients: 1 tsp suji (semolina), ½ banana mashed RECIPE #5 – Egg Banana Pancake *************************************** Ingredients: 1 egg , ½ banana Mix banana and egg.
