'Karnataka Actress Chethana Raj died yesterday after undergoing that fat-free cosmetic surgery in Bengaluru. She was only 21 years old. Parents of the actress have accused the doctors of medical negligence and the actress started facing post-surgery complications as fluids began to accumulate in her lungs.
