My name is Sarah and on June 5th 2020 I had a horrible accident whilst running and fell on my face, I got a hairline fracture to my upper jaw and had to get emergency surgery to get a bone graft. I lost 2 teeth from breakage and a third tooth is showing signs of being a dead tooth.
