'In this video, I share 45 fusion streetfood ideas from around the world, which you can start and build a successful streetfood business around. Whether you want to start a streetfood stall, a catering business or a branded food product, feel free to use the ideas in this video to create something new and different that customers are willing to pay for. Most of the streetfood ideas I go through in this video have recipes already online and are well documented. So write down your top 5 ideas you like most , google the name of the idea and see what recipes are already online and try to create them at home. If you love the look, taste and flavours of your idea then why not give it a try and start your own fusion streetfood business wherever you are currently based. People are always on the look out for up and coming food trends so why not be the trend setter. A word of caution from me, like a lot of fusion foods, educating your customers will be the longest and hardest part of starting up a fusion food business. If the customers are not aware of what your selling or do not recognise your food from first glance then the chances of you making that sale from them are pretty slim. To reduce this, firstly I recommend you choose a fusion streetfood idea that your potential customers are familiar with and that it doesn’t look too intimidating or confusing from first impressions. Adding too much ingredients or components to a dish could scare or pick off customers from trying your food so keep it simple and clear. Make sure your two fusion components compliment each other and is not just an add-on to an existing dish and touted as a fusion dish. Secondly, make sure all your banners, chalkboards or displays are clearly labelled and that the information on them are actually helpful to the customers in knowing what food your making and selling. Your signages should be clear, simple and easy to read, don’t have too much information, just enough information to illustrate what your business is all about and enough to encourage customers to approach you to find out more. And lastly display your food the best it could possibly be for customers to see; if it looks messy and sloppy then no one will approach you or buy from you, however if your food looks clean, nicely presented and clearly showcases what the customer will get for what they pay for. Then your on to a winner; personally I like to see what I\'m getting for my money\'s worth so no nasty surprises or disappointment because I would have known what I was getting for my money before ordering my food.
