STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE KABOBS 12 Strawberries, rinsed and sliced in half 1 cup Blueberries 1 Pound Cake, cute into 1\" cubes 4 ounces white chocolate 1 teaspoon coconut oil 12 skewers On each skewer add 3-4 blueberries, 1 cube of pound cake, one whole strawberry (sliced in half), another cube of pound cake and ending with another 3-4 blueberries. Add Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs in a single layer on a large cookie sheet. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil together over double boiled or in microwave, stirring every 15 seconds. Using a folk drizzle white chocolate over each kabob. Add kabobs to freezer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from freezer, turn kabobs over and drizzle other side with white chocolate.
