'Akshay Parkar, a 29-year-old Cruise Chef from Dadar travelling around the world lost his job during the pandemic and was sent back to India. The situation only became worse when Akshay lost his savings to pay for the medical bills for his ageing parents. With no source of income and unforeseen expenses in hand, Akshay had nowhere to go, he felt lost and went into depression. It was during September 2020, when he decided to put up a biryani stall to survive in this lockdown.
