'The Food Baby is a simple UV resin fly that crushes trout, smallmouth and panfish! The reason is simple.. big fish eat small fish and the Food Baby imitates them perfectly. I believe the triggers are the oversized eyes, which young fish typically have and that fat translucent belly. Combined with the marabou overwing you really get a simple fly that looks amazing in and out of the water. Also if you have a specific species in mind, it\'s easy to change the colors to \"match the hatch\". The fly is feather light which means you can throw the fly on any rod and line combination. From a 3wt and beyond its just a dream to cast.
